The room was far too small and difficult to move around in. Squeezing past the bed to reach the bathroom was quite annoying, the price didn't match the room size at all.

I found some issues . Lugging my bags up several flights of stairs was exhausting. my room faced the street, and the noise was considerable. Sleep was difficult. a handheld shower head without a proper mount was also inconvenient!!!

historic charm and perfect location
quiet roomvintage decorattentive service
i adored how quiet my room was despite the central location i appreciated the vintage decor that matched the building's character breakfast was delicious with attentive service the proximity to the tube and british museum was really convenient. the hotel felt more like a private residence. every staff member was cute and helpful. the honor bar was also a great touch and very well stocked.
i did notice that the stairs were a bit precarious due to the building's age it was a minor inconvenience though.

breakfast offered delicious choices it featured fresh local ingredients everything was prepared with care the dining area was cozy with a great atmosphere breakfast service started early making it convenient with early schedules the bacon sandwiches were amazing.

the hotel provided comfortable sitting areas drinks were easily accessible the honor bar offered various selections the hotel's historical style was consistently maintained i was impressed by the cleanliness throughout the hotel adding to its cute atmosphere.

The hotel exudes a historical charm , with interiors feeling more like a private residence. I found the staff to BE warm and courteous. I appreciated the tea sets on a complimentary tea tray, a welcome personal touch.
I found minimal modern amenities for the price i paid , it felt basic. There was NO bottled water in the room as a courtesy. A handheld telephone shower in the bath with no screen was disappointing.
